Errors Logging In or taking calls- Guidelines to clear your cache

If you're having difficultly logging into Confer With or accepting calls via your desktop it could be that your browser has got out of sync with the latest updates of the platform. This is very easy to resolve through doing what is called a Soft or Hard Refresh of your browser for Confer With. 


First try a Soft Refresh : 

  • Open your browser and browse to the Confer With login page (https://live.conferwith.io)
  • After the page has loaded - 
    • on a PC press CTRL and SHIFT key together and press R
    • on a Mac press COMMAND and R
  • Try logging into Confer With again and hopefully this has resolved your issue


If not try a Hard Refresh with a Browser Cache Clear : 

  • The difference here is that you will need to login again with your details, as this will remove those details (only from live.conferwith.io) as well as any downloaded Confer With components. 
  • Open your browser and browse to the Confer With login page (https://live.conferwith.io)
  • After the page has loaded, right click on the page and choose "Inspect

  • Ignore the window that opens on the right hand side of the screen
  • Right click on the refresh icon on your browser and you should see the menu below :
  • Select "Empty cache and hard refresh" or "Empty cache and hard reload"
  • Close your browser tab
  • Open your browser and browse to the Confer With login page (https://live.conferwith.io)
  • Try logging into Confer With again and hopefully this has resolved your issue
