Expert Call Checks

If you're struggling to access or use our platform on the web browser login (http://https://live.conferwith.io/) this can be for a multitude of reasons so to help us diagnose the issue please try the following steps


  • Link : Confirm you're accessing : https://live.conferwith.io/
  • Browsers : Please check you're not not logged in on multiple tabs in the same browser or tabs in different browsers - e.g. Safari and Chrome open at the same time. Please only use one tab for Confer With in one browser.
  • Browser Tabs : Please try and close as many unnecessary browser tabs as you can as each one open uses significant resources from your machine which can affect the video call.
  • Other Video Apps : Please ensure you're not on calls on other video applications e.g. Teams / Google Meet as these applications will control access to your camera and mic and not allow a call to start. 
  • Other Video Players : Somethings apps such as youtube can cause issues with accessing camera and microphone, so we recommend not using these when you're taking calls on Confer With.
  • Camera and Microphone. 
    • Please check if something has them open - you can see this is a little white light is on next to the camera. This indicates that another application has access to your camera.
    • If possible, please check your camera and microphone are working ok by opening an application such as Camera on Windows to see if they open correctly.
  • Wireless Network : If possible please try connecting to a different network, or hotspot on your phone to see if that helps. 
    • If this resolves the issue please contact us and we will engage with your technical team to understand what is blocking us on your main network
  • Please Check for Connectivity : Preventing Confer With Going offline on Desktop due to Browser Tab Sleeping
  • Please Check Bandwidth : 
  • Finally, please clear your cache : Errors Logging In or taking calls- Guidelines to clear your cache
