Expert Desktop not Ringing or Missing Calls

This can be a variety of reasons so please check the following :

  • Logout / Login : Have you been logged in for a long period of time on your device, has it gone to sleep or have you closed the lid (on a laptop). If so please try logging in again. The reason for this is after 3 or 4 days, if you're using a web browser to login and have closed your laptop lid / shutdown etc. your Confer With login requires refreshing. 
  • Muted Browser : Have you muted your browser tab. This is very easy to do and difficult to spot - please watch this video to identify if you have and how to switch audio back on
  • Sleeping Browser : Is your browser going to sleep? This is a common issue and easy to resolve by a simple change to your browser configuration. Please see this article for more information and steps to rectify
