Customer Information:  With our latest update, your Expert Name – as per your profile – will now be displayed to customers during calls. Super User Store Category Routing: Take control of your support strategy with our expanded Super User Store Category Routing feature! Super Users can now take calls on behalf of multiple websites, honing in on specific categories like Sofas. This enhanced capability empowers our Brand Ambassadors and support teams to provide targeted assistance where it's needed most.
