FEATURES |
Expert UI / CX - Chat Only: We have enabled chat-only as a new channel for customers to engage with you if they choose not to allow access to their camera or microphone. If you would like this to be enabled for you please let us know. You will be notified of this during the call alert and can access all the usual features of the platform and share products as normal. The main difference is they wont be able to hear or see you so you will need to chat to them via the messages panel which will be automatically opened for you. Sales Tracking: Authenticated Customers: We can now configure the ability to track sales via customers who are logged into the website, increasing our ability to accurately track sales. If you would like this enabled, please reach out, and we will also proactively contact you if we think this will be a good fit. |

Widget Updates:
Splash Screen Updates: We have refreshed the splash screen to better align with your brand and to allow more flexibility in the priority of the buttons. This means we can now alter the primary button to be one-way video and two-way audio, allowing the customer to start a call without their camera on. During the call, the customer can easily enable their camera so you can see them. Expert UI Search: We have made our search engine more powerful by allowing you to select multiple filters at the same time from the left-hand side. When you do this, the number of products will reduce, and you can keep selecting more filters to target the products you need to demonstrate. Expert UI: Discounted Prices: We can now present discounted price information to you to help with your discussions with customers, so you know when the price has changed. |
