OVERVIEW

We're delighted to introduce several enhancements to our widget functionality and platform features, designed to offer you greater flexibility, improved usability, and enhanced performance. These updates aim to empower you with more control over your widget positioning, messaging clarity, recommendation engine, and team reporting.

FEATURES

Widget Enhancements: Aligned Configuration: We have several different styles which can be applied to different parts of your website hence the configuration now is aligned across them all, including contextual messaging, widgets, buttons and more. This flexibility allows you to experiment with what works best for you on different parts of your website without worrying about off brand or inconsistent messaging, allowing for a seamless blend with your website's structure.

Widget Enhancements : Combinations: Now, all three widget styles can be configured for different sections of your website, with each having its own unique configuration. This flexibility enables you to choose the most suitable widget style or call to action based on product categories or devices, aligning perfectly with your website's styling.

Recommendation Engine: Preview Mode: We've introduced a new preview feature to assist teams when configuring our recommendation engine. This mode allows you to preview the products returned as you configure the engine, facilitating tuning and optimization for better performance.

Enhanced Interface Messaging: We understand the importance of clear communication, especially in video calling scenarios where issues may arise. To address this, we've introduced more intuitive error messaging to provide you, with a better understanding of encountered errors, reducing concerns and unnecessary follow-ups.

Reporting: Team Performance Reporting: With the increasing popularity of team functionality, we've ensured that team flags, such as "Furniture Team," are now reflected across all reporting elements. This enhancement allows for comprehensive team performance analysis, providing valuable insights to drive improvement strategies.
