Harumi : Widget Enhancements and More!

Widget Enhancements: We have already released some exciting updates to our widget in our last release, and we have continued to analyse and identify areas for further improvement. In this release, we've made significant enhancements for both desktop and mobile, including the introduction of a whole new design option - our strip design!

Bubble Widget Improvements: We have listened to feedback on the bubble-style widget and implemented several key enhancements to the live widget. These changes aim to enhance both the desktop and mobile experience, including:

• Reducing the size of the pop-up intro screen.
• Resizing buttons to align with customer styling.
• Introducing the option to have the widget open in a closed state on mobile view.
• Automatically closing the menu when a customer scrolls on mobile.
• Allowing customers to permanently close the widget by clicking 'x' on mobile.

These changes aim to improve your customers' browsing experience when the bubble widget is enabled on your site.

New Mobile Strip Design: We're excited to introduce the Strip Widget design, specifically crafted to optimize the mobile customer experience. This design option complements our existing Bubble/Side load options and can be configured on a per-category basis, allowing you to use any combination on your website.

The above screen shows the expanded version, and as your customers scroll, it minimises to a strip at the bottom to align with the classic mobile browsing experience.

Sales Tracking Enhancements: Checkout Currency: We wanted to enhance analytics abilities; hence our checkouts now transmit the currency of the transaction, enhancing the accuracy of our reporting on tracked sales.

Flexible System Integrations: Webhooks Integration: We understand the importance of seamlessly integrating with your existing tools, such as chat platforms, reporting systems, and CRMs. Our new Webhooks functionality enables our platform to notify other systems when specific events occur, such as the start of a call or a completed sale.

Single Sign-On: Auth0 Integration: We've introduced a new login method, Auth0, offering you the flexibility to use your normal system login credentials to access Confer With.

Stay Informed with Expert Notifications: Keeping up to date is difficult, therefore we're excited to introduce a new feature that allows us to notify you if there is anything interesting to know. There is a new alert icon at the top which will change colour if there is something new, such as training materials, news updates, or product announcements. This makes it easy to access relevant information with a simple click.
