We're excited to announce a significant update focused on improving your experience with our platform. From enhancing our widgets to introducing new features like appointment software and call triggers, we're dedicated to providing you with powerful tools to streamline your operations and enhance customer engagement.


FEATURES

Mobile Enhancement: Widget Starts Minimised: We understand that space is at a premium on mobile devices. Our widget can now be set to default to a minimised avatar bubble, offering an unobtrusive and seamless browsing experience. This ensures that we are there for your customers when they need us, without any annoying pop-ups!


Mobile Improvement: Reduced Widget Size: Further to the above, we have reduced the actual size of the widget on mobile devices, whether expanded or minimised, optimising screen space for smoother navigation.


Clickable Widget Image: We have been working hard to understand your customers' journey and know that they often click our avatar image. Therefore, clicking on this image will now either initiate a call or redirect the customer to your concierge page, ensuring customers can seamlessly engage with you.


New Appointment Software: Appointments are a popular way of organising a video call, so we have released our own for you, complimentary as part of your licence! Introducing our feature-rich appointment software, allowing you to manage schedules, accept bookings from various channels, and enhance your booking process seamlessly. This enables you to schedule calls, as well as accept walk-ins!


Marketing Integration: New Call Triggers: We wanted to introduce more flexibility in where calls can be triggered from, as we know there are various initiatives clients undertake, and marketing is a key one. Therefore, calls can now be triggered from various touchpoints, including banner ads and email campaigns. This allows you to trigger calls or appointments from new touchpoints with your customers, and you can pass information into our platform to analyse call origins, aligning with your outbound sales and marketing strategies.


Call Reconnect: Our team has worked tirelessly to stabilise call connections, especially in situations of connectivity instability. Now, we not only strive to keep calls alive but also attempt to reconnect them to the same expert if disconnected or if the customer browses away from your website, ensuring your customers have a great call experience.

UPDATES

Multi Store Users (Super User) :  Starting Product 
A fix has gone into resolve the wrong product showing on the Expert side for Super Users when working across multiple stores. 

Gallery Misalignment
There were scenarios where we were not showing the images from the ecommerce platform. This was creating a poor experience for the Customer as they couldn't see the whole image. This has now been resolved and also further enhanced with the full screen widget.
