We're thrilled to announce significant enhancements to our widget, alongside reporting improvements aimed at providing you with greater flexibility and insight. These updates are designed to empower you to tailor your communication and streamline your reporting processes.


FEATURES

Widget Enhancements: Category-Based Widget: Continuing our theme of improving the widget experience, we have introduced a powerful new feature allowing you to customize the experience based on the product or area. This really allows you to focus on your customer journey through adjusting the widget's appearance, messaging, and menu options based on the product the customer is viewing. This flexibility enables you to deliver targeted messaging and relevant information, encouraging customers to engage in a call. Examples include:

  • Customising online/offline menu options.
  • Personalising online/offline buttons and copy.
  • Configuring splash screen options.
  • Displaying specific text above the video.
  • Setting a video URL.
  • Customising avatar images.

Dynamic Suppression: Our widget can now dynamically interact with third-party widgets, such as chat platforms. Depending on the status of the chat agent, we can adjust the widget's display, showing or hiding options accordingly.


Reporting Enhancements: Checkout Currency Conversion: For customers with a global presence transacting sales in various currencies, our platform now automatically converts these currencies to GBP. This feature enables you to aggregate sales data across different stores, providing a comprehensive view of your platform's impact.


Reporting Enhancements: Beta Launch of Expert UI Reports: We're excited to launch the beta version of two reports within the Expert UI. These reports offer insights into your call history and your team's calls. As we continue to refine these reports, expect more detailed information at your fingertips to enhance your understanding of call performance.

Audio Only Calls. There a few edge cases where pure audio only calls not connecting correctly, these have been resolved.
