OVERVIEW

We’re excited to introduce Practice Mode, a new feature that allows you to practice live call functionalities without disrupting customer engagements. Simulate calls, build confidence with platform features, and experiment freely while staying available for real customer calls.


Note : As with releases in general, when you get chance, please can you logout of the UI, close the browser and log back in again. 

FEATURES

Introducing Practice Mode: This new feature allows you to practice live call functionalities without disrupting customer engagements. To access simply choose "Test Call" from your status drop down, you'll still be available for calls!


Key Features:


-Simulate Calls: Use the new “Practice Mode” Expert Status from the dropdown menu to simulate calls. This feature lets you select a store (if you have access to multiple) and practice using all platform features while staying available for real customer calls.

-Build Confidence: Practice Mode is designed to help you become more confident with the platform’s features and navigation. This ensures you can maximize the platform’s potential during live calls and provide valuable feedback for improvements.

-Test and Experiment: During simulations, you can check your video setup and experiment with all platform features. Importantly, while in Practice Mode, you remain available for actual customer calls, allowing you to experiment freely without missing any call opportunities.

Training Mode Capabilities:


-Demonstrate Tab: Share product introductions, gallery images, and specifications.

-Product Guidance Tab: View the Product Guidance (if configured) for a particular product.

-Recommendation Engine: Experiment with the Alternatives and Add-ons within the platform for your product.

-Search: Experiment with search functionalities, filtering, and sharing.



UPDATES

Mobile Splash Screen: We have slightly reduced the size of the mobile splash screen to ensure the website is clearly visible behind it, helping customers know they are still on your website.


All Splash Screens: A new configuration option allows you to add a button to trigger a Chat-only call. You can still have only two buttons, which can be either Video + Chat, Video + Audio, or Audio + Chat. You can tailor the text on these buttons as you do now.


Subscription Sales: Our platform now supports subscription purchases in addition to normal product checkouts, enabling you to expand video to additional areas of your store.
