We’re excited to introduce two powerful new features designed to boost your productivity and knowledge:


Expert Insights: Stay on top of your performance with real-time updates on key metrics like answered calls, sales, revenue, and more, all displayed in a convenient statistic bar.

Product Guidance Tab: Access essential product information effortlessly. This tab provides key selling points and features, updating dynamically as you share products with customers.


Note : As with releases in general, when you get chance, please can you logout of the UI, close the browser and log back in again.

We’re excited to unveil our latest feature, Expert Insights! Upon logging in, you’ll now find a dynamic statistic bar at the bottom of your page, providing you with real-time updates on your key performance metrics. This powerful tool is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of your activities and achievements, helping you stay informed and focused on your goals.


Here’s what you’ll see:

-Answered Calls: Track the total number of calls you’ve successfully answered.

-Missed Calls: Keep an eye on the calls you might have missed.

-Sales: Monitor the total number of successful sales you’ve made.

-Revenue: See the total revenue you’ve generated.

-Immersion %: Understand how often you’re immersing customers in products.

-NPS (Net Promoter Score): Gauge customer satisfaction based on post-call feedback.

-Live Website Details: Get insights into current website traffic to guide your potential calls.

Introducing the Product Guidance Tab: Your Go-To for Product Information

We’ve launched a new feature designed to provide you with essential information about specific products or product categories. This tool helps you quickly access key points such as:


-Key Selling Points: Highlight what makes each product unique.

-Features and Technologies: Understand the main attributes and innovations.


You’ll find this tab on your Expert User Interface. Once you share a product with a customer, the tab will update with -relevant information, ensuring you have the right details at your fingertips.


UPDATES

Chat Scroll Bar: We have increased the scroll bar for Chat Only calls to make it easier for Customers to scroll up and down the chat thread when on a call to an Expert.
