We're excited to unveil significant improvements aimed at enhancing customer engagement and streamlining the call initiation process. By focusing on widget enhancements and refining the splash screen, we're committed to delivering a seamless experience for both you and your customers.
FEATURES

New Widget Type: Side Load: In addition to our recently launched strip loading style on mobile, we are excited to introduce a further configuration of the widget, allowing calls to be launched from the side of your webpage (left or right) on both desktop and mobile devices. This new style provides further flexibility to align with your website's styling. You can now choose between bubble, strip at the bottom, or side load widgets based on your website's categories and device type. Additionally, the side load widget prompts customers to initiate a call with contextual messages tailored to their browsing experience.

Widget Improvements: New Styling Options: Buttons and Colours: We've further expanded styling options, enabling you to customise the look and feel of your widget even further. You can now modify button styles, button outlines, and button colours to match your brand identity seamlessly.



Widget Improvements: Enhanced Category Messaging: The widget can now intelligently detect the category of collection or listing page it's on, automatically selecting the appropriate contextual messaging and team based on your configuration. This enhancement greatly enhances the customer engagement process, especially as you expand touchpoints on your website for calls.


Splash Screen / Permissions Screen: The splash screen, displayed to customers after they choose to initiate a video call, has undergone a complete redesign based on feedback and analysis. This revamped screen provides improved information and reassurance to customers regarding the call experience and available options. Since its deployment, we've observed significant improvements in customer interactions, and we're committed to continuing to evolve this area for an even better experience.
