What if I sign in on both Mobile App and Desktop?

We don't recommend you login to both at the same time, however if you do then the mobile device will be prioritised over your desktop login. Therefore, even if you're logged into the desktop and available, until you toggle your status offline or logout of the app, all calls will be sent to the app.
